What is the cost of a membership?

A membership will be $12/month, with a 3 month minimum at signup.  If you’d rather pay by the year, we offer a $110 annual plan.

How many members do you expect to have?

To begin, we’ll have a limit of 50 members, so that we can figure out a rhythm.  We expect to grow to around 100 members eventually.

How do I rent a space if I'm a member?

We have a calendar on our website that shows the current availability of each space for rent if you are a club member.  For single instance rentals, you can book directly on the website.  For recurring rentals, you would talk with our admin staff to discuss pricing and block out the space’s calendar slots according to your needs.

Do you offer discounts to posted rates for recurring rentals?

Maybe.  If you are willing to commit to a recurring rental, please discuss with the admin staff.  We may be able to work out a discounted rate.

How do I get access to the space?

When you join as a member, you will be provided with an access code.  That code will always get you access to the building, and the shared co-working space.  When you rent a specific space, an admin will authorize your code to grant you access to the space.

What are my responsibilities as a member when renting a space?

Simple:  Leave the space the same as you found it.


If you leave the space in a mess, then you will be hit with a large penalty/fine.  We will expect our members to be part of our community/family, and take ownership and responsibility when renting our spaces.

When I rent a space, do all of the people in my party need to be members?

No.  Only one member will be renting the space and will be responsible for all of their guests in that space.

Can I rent the space for a birthday party?

We are not an event space for one-off parties.  We are setup to be a community-centric space for recurring use of our spaces.  Ideally, we want to have members who plan on using one of our spaces at least once a month.
